For a long time, I've often heard that I have a unique gift for uplifting and encouraging people. Those who have conversed with me consistently said that they feel rejuvenated and empowered to move forward in the face of difficulties. From a young age, I've found immense joy in encouraging people to discover their purpose, restore their vision, and be reborn as individuals serving a higher calling. To me, coaching serves as a transformative tool to illuminate the soul's inner light and help individuals uncover new strengths and capabilities to fulfill their God-given purpose.
I firmly believe that coaching embodies the conversational approach that Jesus used to uplift the spirits of the disciples who were returning to Emmaus, guiding them back to a renewed sense of mission and direction. This conviction is deeply rooted in the words of Isaiah 50:4, which says, "The Lord God has given me the tongue of those who are taught, that I may know how to sustain with a word him who is weary." In alignment with this scripture, my mission and greatest joy through coaching is to help my clients realize the dreams and purpose God has bestowed upon them.
Coaching Experience
With over 1000 hours of professional coaching experience, I bring depth, presence, and a grounded approach to every client interaction. As a certified coach and supervisor with the Korea Coach Association (KCA), I have delivered life and leadership coaching across a wide range of settings—including corporate, academic, nonprofit, faith-based, and global mission sectors.
Throughout my coaching journey, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals and organizations, including Stanford University, The Trium Group, Genentech, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (Korea), YWAM, Paul Mission, GM Korea, Alto, World Mission University, Rodem Care, and FinXBlock. I continue to collaborate with many other organizations and professionals both in South Korea and around the world.
